Quality Assurance at INTEGRA
All Integra products are constructed using powder coated mild steel and carefully sourced quality components. Completed products undergo a rigorous individual testing and inspection programme before receiving a unique trackable identity.
Components are selected by global approval ratings UL/CSA & VDE. Details on the components in use are available either by request or from our component specification section which will list the relevant ROHS/WEEE conformance.
Power distribution units are internally earth bonded and are provided with an external M5 stud to allow integration into a fully bonded system.
Integra Power offers an industry leading 7 year return to base (RTB) warranty. In the unlikely event that one of our products does not meet your expectations a RMA will be issued and a fault report opened. Once the unit has been received it will undergo an extensive fault diagnosis process that will enable us to decide whether the unit can be repaired or if a replacement is to be issued. This process will usually take no longer than 5 days from the time the unit is received.
All of our units are packed using specifically designed packaging designed to withstand the rigours sometimes found in today's fast-paced courier industry.
