INTEGRA Warranty & Support
Integra PDU’s come with a standard 12 month RTB (return to base) warranty. In the unlikely event that one of our products does not meet your expectations an RMA will be issued and a fault report opened. Once the unit has been received it will be placed into a quarantine area before undergoing an extensive fault diagnosis schedule that will allow us to decide whether the unit can be repaired or if a replacement is to be issued. This process will usually take no longer than 5 days from the time the unit is received.
A 3 year extended warranty is available on all of our products.
All of our units are packed using specifically designed packaging designed to withstand the rigours sometimes found in today's fast-paced courier industry.
Technical and product support is available at all times for project opportunities. The Integra technical team will attend site meetings and recommend as necessary, the best solutions for a project.
